Carolina Markowskyj is a business transactional attorney, with a practice focus on commercial transactions in the health and technology sectors, corporate governance and Latin American issues and expansion.

She has over a decade of experience supporting the in-house legal departments for a broad range of U.S.-based clients ranging from start-up enterprises to established Fortune 500 companies, with all aspects of corporate law. 

She began her practice under the supervision of U.S. lawyers, as the Associate Manager of Novadios a cutting-edge Legal Process Outsourcing company in Argentina, where she trained incoming foreign attorneys on U.S. legal principles. After graduating with honors from the LLM program at Fordham School of Law in 2015 and becoming a member of the New York Bar, she joined Tech Coast Partners PC, the restructured legal practice of Novadios based in Hermosa Beach, California where Carolina provided services from its foundation until December 2018, when she founded Markowskyj Legal.  Caro is fully bilingual, English-Spanish.

After supporting Neff Law Firm with various matters in connection with Neff Law Firm’s Latin America practice since 2019, primarily focused upon M&A and technology transactions, consulting/employment issues and privacy/data protection, Carolina joined Neff Law Firm in 2021 as Of Counsel.

Her practice includes negotiation, drafting and review of customer, vendor, employment and other corporate contracts, creation, implementation, and drafting of document review guidelines, creation of standard forms, advice on general governance, commercial, and compliance matters and support and advice in Latin American issues and expansion. Recently, she has assisted in the negotiation of M&A transactions and employment issues.

Carolina has experience in a wide range of industries, including technology, gaming and entertainment, and highly regulated industries, including healthcare.
